The following is a deeper look at my Nature Affluence. I looked at an average week and saw some of the things I did that connected me with nature. Then I thought about how those affected my happiness and well-being and then starting thinking of ways I can increase my nature affluence. The last column was the hardest part because I feel like I am already spending so much of my free time (and work time) outside that I really had to look at how I could become more greatly connected without adding to the amount of time I am outside. While writing this I decided it would be more fun to take my laptop to my deck. (I was less productive but definitely happier.) It took me about ten minutes to make my chart, try this exercise yourself!
